About Puyo Cabana

We offer two private cabana's for your vacation rental behind our private home in Puyo, Ecuador.

Our cozy yet spacious cabanas are located behind our home on a quiet cul de sac. You will enjoy the view of the rain-forest trees, plants and gardens from large sliding windows. Bird watching right from your room! You will be looking out over our private gardens and a protected green area that stretches to the Puyo river. They are truly 'The sweetest Cabana in Puyo'

Completely private, the cabanas are newly constructed with warm natural wood finishes and all the amenities including large private bathrooms with plenty of on demand hot water.

Our common area includes an extra large kitchen, dining and sitting area all of which you have free access to.  

Our  kitchen is a fully equipped working kitchen with two stoves,  refrigerator, sinks, pots & pans, dishes, utensils, espresso and  coffee makers. We always have lots of fresh organic fruits available for  guests. 

Guests can use the kitchen anytime they wish.

We also provide a delicious home cooked breakfast every morning!

We also offer private tours for our guests to an authentic indigenous Quechua 'Kichwa' Village.  We know Quechua communities in the Amazon rain forest that are not your typical tourist destinations. This will be a private tour where you can meet and interact with an authentic community of female potters and see them craft their traditional Quechua pottery as they have done for centuries.

We are located at the perfect location to start your Amazon adventure. From here you can travel west toward Banos to see Pailon del Diablo, the tallest waterfall in the Ecuadorian Andes.  To the south are more amazing attractions like Mirador Indichuris with a breathtaking view and swim in the beautiful pool at the base of Hola Vida Waterfall. To the east you can travel deeper into the Amazon rain-forest to visit an authentic indigenous Quechua village.
